This is one of my favourite intros given by the great Yuvan. This is the intro for the song Thuli Thuli from the tamil movie Paiya. All songs in this movie are mesmerizing. I was in curious mode to learn this tune and lucky for me, one of my guitar gurus on youtube, Isaac Thayil has posted a free tutorial on this.
I learnt the tune and tried mastering it for some time. Mainly I want to avoid the screech sound from the bass strings that happens during sliding. I reduced as much screech as I can for now and made this video. I will make improved versions of this tune and post it in here in the future.
This tune is a slightly easier version, and the original version taught by Isaac will have small strummings in the beginning and in the middle. I will master them up and update videos in here.
